When you connect Google Calendar from https://app.arquia.solutions (Connections / Conexiones), you authorize Arquia to access only the calendar you select. We request two OAuth scopes:
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted per tenant and used solely for appointment scheduling sync. We do not sell Google Calendar data or use it for advertising.
Limited Use compliance: The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar) will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Arquia does not use Google Calendar data to create, train, improve, or develop generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Calendar data is processed only to provide appointment scheduling features to the business owner who authorized access.
